PAT VICTORY AWARD Employee of the Year 2017
On 21st July, 2017 Southern Cross Care (Broken Hill) Ltd held their annual Employee of the Year Award now known as the Pat Victory Award.
This award commenced in 2012 as an initiative of the Board, it is an opportunity to recognise staff for their hard work, integrity, compassion, respect and dedication to the aged in care. Nominations come from residents, families of residents and from other staff members.
There were 23 nominations received this year and those receiving nominations should feel very proud that they have been seen as outstanding among a hardworking and dedicated workforce.
